1. Valid ID Proof Required
• All tenants must submit government-issued ID proof at the time of admission.
2. No Smoking & No Alcohol
• Smoking, drinking, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited within PG premises.
3. No Loud Music or Parties
• Maintain a peaceful and study-friendly environment. Loud music or disruptive behavior is not allowed.
4. Visitor Policy
• Visitors are allowed only during specified hours (10 AM to 6 PM). No overnight stays permitted.
5. Room Cleanliness
• Tenants are expected to maintain cleanliness in their rooms. Housekeeping support is provided daily.
6. Food Policy
• Outside food is allowed. However, personal cooking is not permitted inside rooms.
7. Security Deposit
• A refundable security deposit (equal to one month’s rent) is required at the time of booking.
8. Rent Payment
• Rent must be paid between the 1st–5th of every month via UPI, cash, or bank transfer.

• Any damage to property, furniture, or appliances will be chargeable.
